I travelled with second option as I overslept again. I have no choice as I need to be in Lumbini on the day. I was blamed again as I woke up at 9am, the comfortable air-conditioned bus already departed 2 hours ago.

It was an interesting experience but, it was not an easy journey. The temperature is at 42 degree, and we were travelling on the van with no-conditioned for almost 9 hours. Can you imagine my situation in the crowded van?

NOTE: Sunflower Travellers Lodge is my favourate hotel in Lumbini. This is the only place in Lumbini I can find good Chinese food and good room in Lumbini with budget of USD30 for the room(air-conditioned), and USD5 for each meals. I can’t find another restaurant which can satisfied my taste buds in Lumbini. Email me if you want me to help in booking the rooms.

NOTE: Lumbini is the birth place of Lord Buddha, it is the UNESCO world heritage site, a must visit place.

NOTE: I won’t travel by non-air-conditioned vehicle during summer in Nepal any-more. I won’t overslept next time too. I swear.. however, will it be my last time overslept? Answer: I dont think so. I am ready to suffer on the road again. 😦
